We would like to invite you to participate in the Murray Enkin biography project. Making the picture of Murray’s life as well-rounded as possible means including critical voices as well as admiring ones. Your involvement is covered under the University of Ottawa Ethics Board file 06-14-14.
If you wish to participate, please complete the open text box or series of thematic text boxes below and/or provide us with contact details if you would like to participate in a interview, possibly online as resources are limited. Your decision to complete and return this online submission will be interpreted as an indication of your consent to participate.
Your submission should take you as long as you would like and you can identify any sections that you wish to remain confidential. Once you have completed your story, please submit using the submit button. This will be forwarded to a secure website for our inclusion in the project. If there is anything specific that you would like to be attributed to you in the biography and/or on this website, please indicate that clearly in your submission.
